POSITION: Management Consultant – Program Management Support and Strategic Communications
SKILL LEVEL: 5 to 10 years of related experience is required. Desired is that the experience is in a consulting services environment. US federal government experience ideal.
LOCATION: Remote (primary) with occasional on-site activities required at the client site in the Northern Capital Region (NCR).
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens and must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Department of Defense (DoD) issued SECRET level security clearance during employment.
This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive change within complex organizations, particularly in government.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant to support strategic planning, business transformation, and process improvement initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions in areas such as business process management, governance, portfolio management, change management, and operational efficiency.This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive change within complex organizations, particularly in government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business operations and align with organizational goals.
- Lead change management initiatives, driving transformational projects that optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct market analysis, assess competitive landscapes, and provide data-driven recommendations for business growth.
- Design and manage portfolio governance processes to improve project prioritization and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization, leveraging Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives and technical experts, to drive business transformation.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, providing insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- US Federal consulting experience required (minimum 5-years)
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and IT governance frameworks.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and data visualization tools.
- PMP or Agile certification (SAFe or ScrumMaster) preferred
